I tried working on something new… An acoustic highlife cover of the song “Wo ara” (Only You), with a ‘self-cooked’ metronome. 😅
Making good music is indeed mult-itasking.
Be blessed, Stirred up, and Inspired.
*[[1Sa 7:4]] EasyEnglish* So the Israelites removed all their idols of the gods called Baal and Ashtoreth. They worshipped the Lord only.
We Worship ONLY “YHVH”, The TETRAGRAMMATON of the universe.
Somewhere in the woods🌲🐒🌳… Lol. It was a photoshoot, but we ended up making some melodies🎼🎸🎬 unto God, with the birds🕊 and the trees🌳🍂.
This extract from our video is the song”It’s all about JESUS” . No Sound editing tho.😅
Enjoy, and have a blessed day.

I have come to realize that there are most of the activities we were involved in during our childhood stage, which we still do repeatedly, in young adulthood and adulthood. We don’t draw the curtains entirely on a stage in life when moving into the next, say from childhood to adolescence.
Most of these things we still do, but this time around with a deeper understanding, and with the aim of culminating in something beneficial, impactful, and with a substantial result in mind. It makes sense why the human developmental growth stages are referred to as transitional stages. It paints the picture that it is from one level to another, where each stage is a prerequisite for the next.
Let’s move into the nitty-gritty of some of these perpetuating activities we journey through life’s transitional stages with.
I see Solomon, a 27 year old porter in his workshop, moulding a very big vase to house a sweet bunch of flowers. As I watched Solo closely, it reminded me of when he was an 8 year old lad. He used to soil his hands and shirt with a mountain of clay from his backyard garden at home almost every day, while his mother kept yelling most of the time from the kitchen intermittently, “Herh, Solo! I’ll come right at you with the cane if you don’t stop soiling yourself and that expensive shirt!”
Wait a minute! But coming back to Big Solo, his hands and apron are equally stained too. But in a few hours’ time, we see Big Solo’s work coming out as an expensive and beautiful piece, to add value and beauty to life. Oh, and lest I forget , his artifacts are now exported to 7 countries on a weekly basis. Little Solomon’s projects back then were valueless, never got well completed, and left unattended to for weeks, because he didn’t want to incur mommy’s wrath.
Moving on, I came across an angry dad who had sternly grounded his 10 year old daughter from touching any electrical appliance at home for a whole month. I watched on as the man complains to his friend “that little girl of mine keeps fidgeting with my dad’s old faulty tv and radio sets we have packed off into our garage. She keeps loosening and re-fixing some parts. I have told her over and over again, that those aren’t toys for girls” As narrated to me by little Priscilla (now Auntie Priscy), her dad’s discouragements didn’t stop her, and it took her a great deal of doughtiness to sail through. She is now one of the finest and smartest electrical engineers in Africa, and a famous Entrepreneur in the engineering field.
Selorm also tells me of how that he remembers being very inquisitive when he was little. Even after 27 years, he could still narrate to me an instance in class where he was asked to stay outside for a while because his seemingly numerous questions were distracting the class. He confirmed that he could ask a question after every paragraph read by their English teacher. He quickly continues by saying “… I believe anyway, that it is this same thing that I still do, but this time around, in a more organized way, and of course on an international platform .” Selorm is an International journalist stationed in Ireland, but journeys through all the continents as and when the need arises. His interrogative, critical thinking and objective analytic skills have made him a great asset to the international media community.
My cherished reader, I am pretty sure you are getting the head and tail of the write-up now.
Can you imagine what would have become of Solomon, if he had ended up in a fully air conditioned office, with an occupation he doesn’t even really enjoy? How on earth then, would we have been able to benefit from his impact?
And of Priscilla, if she had not held onto what she knew how to do best, to further perfect it, we would have been lacking the developmental work of an electrical entrepreneur by now.
We could now be in our rooms, and know the happenings in almost every country on the globe, even to their respective atmosphere temperatures, as if we were there ourselves. How interesting. Selorm is one of such professionals who make that a reality for us.
I would simply put it this way, we can only become what we are, or become what we are not. The latter has now become a great challenge for many children to battle with. One may disagree though, but a survey by getting on the streets, moving from home to home, speaking to groups of students, and asking them what they wish to become in the near future, and why they would want to get into a particular field of profession, or take a particular direction in life, would confirm this.
This brings to bare how crucial a role certain factors such as environment (exposure) and family (esp. Parents) play in what a child becomes.
The characters in this write-up are great examples of environment and people factors, and the end-results of their place in shaping the outcome of a child’s dream. A close look at the brief life course of the characters reveals the unsupportive nature of parents and teachers. ( Parents could equally be fully supportive on the other hand. But the aim of this write up is to highlight the cruciality of Parents’ role and disposition towards the full harnessing and realization of a child’s potential )
It is of great concern imagining the number of children, and even adults, who have been influenced or coerced to pursue a profession or life course which is directly opposite to their passion, and of no interest to them, maybe just to satisfy a guardian or parent’s wish. In such an instance, we end up having nurses who are not really nurses, engineers who are aren’t actually engineers, lawyers who are intrinsically artisans , and the list continues. I am not saying people should put all their eggs in one basket (limiting oneself to one area, while there are other potentials to explore), but it is a matter of great concern when one pursues an altogether-different course at the expense of one’s original life’s course.
No matter what has happened, and the life course you have found yourself on, if you know and are convicted that you are not living out what God made you for, quickly pause, take time off to get your direction well, and hit that divine course for your life. It is still not too late. I read of a woman called Virginia Feigles, who at the age of forty-four, decided to go to college to become an engineer ( I’m sure she had realised that it was a field her passion and zeal had been attracted to all those years ). However ridiculous it might sound, Interestingly, she pursued that dream against all odds. She mentioned of the many stultifying responses she received from both family and friends, but still pursued her goal. In the end, she successfully graduated as an engineer, had great job offers, and in the end, lived with fulfillment in the area of her profession.
When every child is growing up, there are two things involved, to become what they are, OR to become what they are not.’The Maker’ has already made you, including all that you will become. Work at becoming exactly that ,and not what you are not.
Great Grace be upon us all.
[Romans 13:12,14] KJV “The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. … But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.”
The end of the times of lukewarmness and Spiritual Identity Crisis is nigh.
Let’s not keep dormant that spark of light which was lit in our inner man upon our new birth. That would be as a neatly folded beautiful garment one possesses, yet he walks about without it, in a setting where it is required to be worn.
In a dark and perverse generation, where darkness tirelessly deploys its ammunitions and devices upon the sons of God, shining as the stars which we are is not a choice, but a necessity. Thank GOD that we have not been left at the mercy of the cruelty of darkness, for we have The garment of armour, even of light, called ‘The Lord Jesus Christ.’ Hallelujah!
Ask me “why is my light not shining?“, and I will in turn ask you “Where is your armour of light?” Where is the Lord Jesus Christ in your life? Has he been kept in your wardrobe , in the inner reccesses of your being, as a neatly-hanged ‘light-armour’ ? Or He has been rightly drawn from within and put on to illuminate this darkness around? [selah]
Dearly beloved of God, we are not after the order of the “twinkle twinkle little stars”, but after the order of “The Bright Morning Star”. Let us put and keep on our armour of light and shine like never before.
The Lord grant us Grace. Shalom!

[John 17:1, 6] KJV “…Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: … I have MANIFESTED thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: … ”
Manifestation is a vital sign and an outward work to be showed forth by all TRUE sons. The name of the FATHER – “YAHWEH”, must be manifested to the world.
Dear son of GOD, what are you waiting for? [selah]
Have a manifestative week, even in the coming month.

[Col 3:23 (ISV) ] “Whatever you do, work at it wholeheartedly as though you were doing it for the Lord and not merely for people.”
Some “trötrö mates” (commercial bus conductors) are so caring and professional. I have seen the daily operational activities of most bus conductors, but in the early hours of today, I spotted one who displayed some professionalism and care in his work. He alighted and approached a prospective passenger to help him with his luggage, waited for the passenger to get on the bus, and gently handed over the luggage to him. The luggage didn’t look very bulky and heavy though.
From a different perspective, this act may be seen as a marketing strategy. Cool, yet it’s still professional and caring, in the field of work in question.
Today, seek out to be professional in your work, and care for others by helping them. Your ‘little’ help might go a long way to correct a certain false perception one may have about others. It may perhaps spark up a certain dormant hope of the ability of God to send helpers one’s way. The list could go on and on.
Just do whatever you do as though you were doing it for God. Remember, man was made in His image.
Just decide to Stand Out!
Eph 4:13 (KJV) ” Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a PERFECT MAN, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ”
” Perfection isn’t necessarily a high inaccessible mountain to prove man’s weaknesses, but it is a place of all wholeness and completeness that Christ can bring a man to, where hitherto the natural man can never attain.
Beloved in the Lord, while they keep saying ‘No man can be perfect, we keep confessing ‘we are being perfected’. ”
Your vital experience as a ‘Perfect Man’ is attainable in Christ!
Set your heart aright towards ‘Perfection’.
Part 3 – The Mount Experience (No Distance in the Spirit)
Numbers 11: 26 (KJV) ” But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp.”
The opening scripture accounts how that two of the elders of Israel that were selected and invited for the heavenly experience with God did not show up physically for the meeting on the mountain ( for which ever reason(s), we are not told ). Despite their absence, we see that something notable happened to them in the place they were located as at the appointed time for a heavenly assembly unto God.
One heartwarming fact to know is, when God has you on His list, whatever experience you need to have will meet you up, wherever you are, as far as you are still on course and in tune.
In this light, we need to understand that when God adds you to a commission, or a ministry, just set your heart right and be in sync wherever you find yourself at any point in time, the experience of the fellowship will be your vital experience too, wherever you are.
The Apostle John was on the rocky island of Patmos with a lot of folks, ranging from all manner of hard-core prisoners to political offenders of the Roman empire, yet he had a call to come up for a heavenly experience, amisdt that harsh environment (He was still on course). He narrates “I John, …was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet …and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.” Revelation 1:9-10, 4:1 (KJV)
In the same way, we also, could receive a heavenly experience. All you need to do is to ‘be in the spirit’, as the Apostle John affirms “I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet” Revelation 1:10 (KJV). Thank God we already live in the Spirit. Hallelujah!!! Romans 8:9 a (KJV) emphatically states “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you.”
Let this consciousness be in constancy in your heart and mind. I tell you, you may be the next in line for a special heavenly encounter with The Lord.
God bless you for being a part of the series “Come Up Thither”.
Part 2 – Positioning For Selection and Invitation
Ex 24:1 (kjv)
“And he said unto Moses, Come up unto the Lord, thou, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel”
What criteria of men does God seek to open up this heavenly phenomenon to? Initially,in the journeying of the people of Israel, the upward experience on the mountain was opened up to one man only-Moses. But later on, God extended this gracious privilege to a number of people as well.
Aside the man Aaron who was a biological relation of the man of God Moses, there were also them that were known as the Elders of Israel. Combing through the Pentateuch, a careful look at their lives point out that their attitude towards their man of God Moses, and the work of the ministry made them stand out, catching the attention of God to be invited by Grace. (It must be understood first of all, that it is by a work of Grace to be selected, but also, one’s attitude toward the things of God puts a person in a position to receive that grace.)
Before we proceed, a simple understanding of how God works with people must be brought to light. He does not move with crowds of people at a time. The Word of God shows how he picks up one man, works on him, then makes him a company of people to execute the divine assignment he has fashioned them for. As a case-study, and a shadow, we see Moses, Elisha, David and ultimately the man JESUS had their lives and ministries follow after the pattern of this principle. (Moses and the elders, Elisha and the sons of the prophets, David and his mighty men, and Jesus and his twelve disciples)
Right from the first assignment God gave Moses, these men, however ‘crazy’ Moses would have sounded to narrate that God (whom they thought had neglected them) had appeared to him, sent him with a ‘stick’ to command the ‘super-power’ of the century – Pharaoh to release the people of God, someway somehow believed the word and rallied behind him.
God however seeing the disposition of their hearts did not hesitate to enlist them in his guests for a holy banquet, and ultimately imparting them with the same spirit he placed in Moses the man of God.
Numbers 11:25 accounts “And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders…”
One thing to note is that to be selected and invited by God into the heavenlies is not a matter of a ‘fun-fair’ nor ‘window-shopping’. It has everything to do with the dream of God, a transgenerational work that has to be carried out upon the earth, via the work of the ministry.

Wanting to have a special heavenly invitation is a graciously honorable thing to desire, but what is your motive? are you one who has God’s dream at heart? seeking to see God’s eternal dream fulfilled? Selah
